I'm In Need of Ganache

I've decided I either really love chocolate or I really hate it. Just thought you should know that.

Always a love/hate relationship -- love the taste, hate what it adds to me ;] If you had to choose, what form would be your first pick? i.e. slab o' darkness, milkshake, cake??

Hmm...I think it might really be a hunk of original Hershey's candy bar, but there's a place here in Utah that makes the best dang fancy chocolate, it's won awards around the world. It's called Amano chocolate. It's amaaaazing.

The 70% Cocoa Jembrana is seriously to die for, but you have to love dark dark DARK chocolate. Oh man, it's delicious, and it's easy to not eat that much of it, just a tiny bite is enough.
