Since we're white trash, for Harper's birthday tomorrow, we're going to drive to Disneyland for the fireworks show...except we're going to watch from Downtown Disney...YAY! heh. Anyway, there's a guy who shoots the most amazing videos and edits them of Disneyland...his screen name is RU42 and you should check him out. His rides are incredible, I don't know how he does it but he gets the best shots ever.
Anyway, enjoy his work on probably the best firework show ever.

K alli, he is sitting from where we sat the first time watching. I swear I get chills and a lump in the throat. How pathetic is that!
Oh I know. On his site (visionsfantastic.com) he talks about how he was there the opening night (on his Youtube page, you can watch this on 5-05-05, the first show) and it's not as good, so he went back to shoot this and said that right at the hub, but to the right a tiny bit, that is where the best place to sit is. They're still doing this show nightly but they've changed the script to not say "50th" but something else. I love this show, it makes me cry too! I like how Disneyland makes us feel the spirit. :D
Also, Isaac watched it and said,
"huh! Dinnysan? Ahna go dere. K...lets go k?"
AW!!!!!!!!!! Ok, that's it. You need to come down for Dinnysan!
by the way, the link to his youtube page is http://www.youtube.com/user/ru42
It is fitting for him to have his birthday there being that his b-day is the same b-day as the DL!
I can't say how may times I got goose bumps! I'm the same as you both. I luff it, I luff it, I luff it!
I have to admit I got the goose bumps too! What is wrong with us?!!! I want to go there sooo bad! I can seriously feel the night breeze on my face and smell main street when I watch this! I am so nerdy!
Then that means all of are nerds. Yay for nerds!!!
As soon as G'pa Walt starts to speak I get all misty eyed. People in the Computer lab are looking at me weird. Who cares!!!
WHO CARES, WE SAY!!!
Man it was like feeling the spirit...the spirit of The Most Wonderful Place on Earth!! I love it there and it keeps you smiling all day!
you guys are all weird...
JK. I loved it too. Jayne was watching with me and kept asking me where that was. We need to go back. She was only 1 when we went last and she can't remember it! She is so into the princesses now...so nice to have a girl. Loren says we can't go back until all of our kids are tall enough to ride all the rides, which is crazy cuz I'm not sure I am tall enough to ride all the rides. haha. They will be teenagers by then, poor kids.
BTW, what's with the title of this post? This is America! Speak English! K, bye.
If your a true DL fan, you know what that means. They say it at the end of the "lecture" were they say to remain seated at all times, so in Spanish, it says, Remain Seated Please." You can hear it in a section of the firework show. :)
It is from the Matterhorn. I don't recall hearing it anywhere else and if it is it isn't the same voice. (wow...look at all the if it is's).
okay...maybe it's on Space too.
I love the Spanish lecture! It would be the coolest if the guy who does Thunder did the spanish part too.
sheesh...didn't know I needed to know Spanish to be a "true DL" fan.
The Spanish in the HM is my favorite because he is trying to sound all spooky. He ain't no spooky
Tori- It's okay.....you are still a true fan cause true DL fans are always learning and progressing to find all the hidden treasures of G'pa Walt's fabulous Kingdom. ºoº
Or I should say "magical" kingdom
Thanks Eliza!
