{update}

Mike is doing extremely well! He reads all of your well wishes, and checks in for comments to lift his spirits. The planning is going well, and I'm feeling quite helpless being here, but there have been things to keep me busy that have to do with the funeral. Mike's sister is taking this the hardest, and I totally understand, I can't even think about losing my dad. Seriously, not even THINK about it. Anyway, the kids and I are making the trip on Friday, and we won't be back until Weds or Thurs. Thanks for your support, lovely comments and friendships, it means a lot to us, and even those friends of mine out there who have shown your love to Mike even if you haven't met him, I want you to know you're appreciated more than anything. We are blessed.

And now, to lighten things up, I wanted to remind you that tomorrow is the great day I've celebrated this day since it began 6 years ago, and have watched it grow to massive proportions!

I am glad planning is going well. We just had a woman in the ward pass away and left behind three kids ages 16, 14, and 2. I will be attending her funeral tomorrow.
My prayers are with you guys. I couldn't imagine losing my dad either, or my mom. I just know that Heavenly Father is there with him, and the Holy Ghost will be with the family every step of the way.
Have a safe trip, and just know that the Whites LOVE YA!!!!!!

I'm glad that everything is going so well. This is getting repetitive, but it's true; I can't imagine loosing a family member, period! That would be so hard. And it seems like you guys are handling it oh so well. And you are all in my prayers. I love you guys!

And Arrgh! I can't wait! Maybe I'll tell you my juicy roommate story via translator! It will be greatness!

OK, its pretty freakin hilarious how you have the Lund girl names on your blog. This stuff is crazy. Natalie Driscoll is the one who totally got me into this, then I got all my sisters to do it as well. Some slack more that others ;) But this has been great. Actually, Lindsay VanLeeuwen found my blog and wrote me and I was thrown off my rocker. Ahley was easy to find and I was so excited. A culdesac reunion... what a thought!

I am sorry Mike and you and his family are feeling the sadness of losing his dad. I am at a loss of anything useful or profound to say except, it sure can hurt. I am really grateful to have an understanding of the plan of salvation. It has been a few weeks since the funeral, and a couple months since you've moved to Utah. I hope you guys are finding normal again.
